Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

In-Store Pickup

 

In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday and Friday 7am to 5pm. Tuesday-Thursday 7am to 6pm. Saturday 8am to 3pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup

 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Free Shipping

 

We offer free Tri-Creek Fleet Shipping shipping on Orders over $1,000 within a 50-mile radius of Lowell, IN for Contractors and customers spending over a certain dollar amount. .

 

Shipping Fees

 

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

Once your package is ready to ship, we will email you a tracking number.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 

Tri-Creek Fleet will only ship in a 50-mile radius of Lowell, IN. Any items shipped outside that radius will be shipped through a third party service.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
