Amanda (AJ)

AJ has been in the Interior Design, Kitchen and Bath industry for 19 years. Some of her earliest memories are helping her carpenter dad with projects around the house, including several remodels and additions. She got her degree in Interior Design at the Harrington College of Design in Chicago.

AJ refers to herself as a “design translator,” as she can explain her client’s design concepts to installers to ensure no small detail gets overlooked. Her favorite part of the job is bringing their ideas to life so they can enjoy them for years to come.

One of Amanda’s favorite hobbies is baking! If she were ever to switch careers, she would likely be in a bakery as a cake or confections designer. She also enjoys all forms of art, traveling, and spending time in the great outdoors camping, swimming, or fishing with her family and Siberian Huskies.
